WORK MEETING MINUTES
October 19, 2016
BUDGET MEETING
The New London Township Board of Supervisors Budget Meeting convened at 5:30 PM at the New London Township Building, New London, PA. The following Supervisors were present: Chairman, Dale Lauver; Vice Chairman, Gerard Porter; and Member Mary Anne Steel. Also present were Township Engineer, Ron Ragan; Township Auditor, Jack Gardner; and Township Road Master, Jack Arrell.
2017 Budget
The Board of Supervisors reviewed and discussed each line item of the proposed 2017 Budget. On a motion made by Dale Lauver, seconded by Mary Anne Steel, the proposed budget was accepted as presented and it was agreed that it would be published to let the residents know it is available for inspection. The vote was unanimous.
It was agreed that at the 2017 March Work Meeting the Board of Supervisors will ride the roads.
The Budget Meeting adjourned at 6:30 PM.

PUBLIC COMMENT
No public comment on agenda items.
September 21, 2016 Meeting Minutes
On a motion made by Gerry Porter, seconded by Dale Lauver, the September 21, 2016 Board of Supervisor’s Work Meeting Minutes were approved. Mary Anne Steel abstained as she was not present at the meeting.
Retention Basin In Shepherd Hollow
The Board of Supervisors asked Township Engineer Ron Ragan to speak with the resident to have a construction schedule.
The meeting adjourned at 8:35 PM.
