The New London Township Planning Commission Regular Meeting opened at 7:00 PM. Present were: Ron Ragan, Chairman; David Schupp, Vice Chairman; David Sweet, Township Consultant, and Members Charlie Humkey, Mary Anne Steel. The Minutes were recorded by Jeannie Eifert.

There was no public comment.

 

Minutes

A motion was made by Charlie Humkey, seconded by Mary Anne Steel to approve the October 9, 2024 Planning Commission Regular Meeting Minutes.  The vote was unanimous.  A motion was made by Charlie Humkey, seconded by Mary Anne Steel to approve the October 29, 2024 Planning Commission Work Meeting Minutes. The vote was unanimous.

 

Ordinance Amendments

Chapters 1,2,4,5 were reviewed and suggested changes noted. Chapter 1 nearing completion given the minor formatting changes. All agreed.

 

Subdivisions

Ron Ragan reported he is awaiting a response from the review letter and will inquire if payments have been made. He will call Mr. Borreggine’s Engineer and verify what is outstanding.

 

Old Business/New Business

David Schupp would like to verify that we have the proper permits, regarding Mobile Homes. Mary Anne Steel posed the question on how do we know we have the proper permits? Also suggested a fillable format, as did Mary Anne Steel.
