WORK MEETING MINUTES
December 18, 2013
The New London Township Board of Supervisors Meeting convened at 7:36 PM at the New London Township Building, New London, PA. The following Supervisors were present: Chairman, Dale Lauver; Vice-Chairman, Bob Barto; Member, Gerard Porter.

ADMINISTRATIVE ACTIONS/PRESENTATIONS
Linden Lawn Subdivision
Tim Montage from Local Transportation Assistance Program (LTAP) gave an overview of his work experience. He spoke to the residents of the Linden Lawn Subdivision about the process of using tar and chip on roads. Bob Waters spoke for the residents of Linden Lawn. He stated that too much loose chip remains on the road. The Board agreed to sweep the road in Linden Lawn. The road will be inspected in April.

Meeting Minutes
On a motion made by Gerry Porter, seconded by Bob Barto, the November 20, 2013 Work Meeting Minutes were approved. The vote was unanimous.
The meeting adjourned at 9:45 PM.
