PUBLIC HEARING & WORK MEETING MINUTES

December 19, 2012

The New London Township Board of Supervisors Public Hearing convened at 7:30 PM.The following Supervisors were present:Chairman, Dale Lauver; Vice-Chairman, Robert Barto; Member, Gerard Porter.

No public comment.

A Public Hearing was held relating to an increase in the New London Township Board of Supervisors’ Compensation, pursuant to the New London Township population increase.

Hearing adjourned.

Work Meeting convened at 7:40 PM.

No comment on Agenda items.

Ordinance No. 2012-1 Setting Annual Compensation of Supervisors

On a Motion made by Bob Barto and seconded by Gerry Porter, the Board of Supervisors approved Ordinance No. 2012-1 relating to Supervisors’ Compensation.  The vote was unanimous.

Tax Collector

On a Motion made by Bob Barto and seconded by Dale Lauver, the Board of Supervisors rescinded Gerard Porter as Tax Collector, and appointed Terri Kukoda, upon her approval.  The vote was unanimous.

The meeting adjourned at 9:15 PM.
