REGULAR MEETING MINUTES

The New London Township Board of Supervisors Regular Meeting convened at 7:30 PM. The following Supervisors were present: Chairman, Dale Lauver; Vice-Chairman, Bob Barto; Member, Gerard Porter.

ADMINISTRATIVE ACTIONS
SECRETARY’S REPORT
Regular Meeting Minutes
On a Motion made by Gerry Porter, seconded by Bob Barto, the Comprehensive Plan Hearing Minutes and February 2, 2012 Board of Supervisors Regular Meeting Minutes were approved. The vote was unanimous.
TREASURER’S REPORT
On a Motion made by Gerry Porter, seconded by Bob Barto, the Bills to Be Paid for March were approved and the financial reports were accepted as presented. The vote was unanimous.
STAFF REPORTS
Planning Commission
Ron Ragan reported that there are no new Subdivision plans.
Engineer
Ron Ragan attended a training session on MS4’s and TMDL’s. Ron gave an overview of what DEP will be requiring regarding stormwater.
Zoning Officer
Trish Fagan reported that two (2) permits were issued in February. Four (4) Use & Occupancy Certificates were issued in February.
Emergency Management
Mike Predmore reported the he is working on training sessions at the Technical School on Pennocks Bridge Road. The AGREM trailer is just about complete.

Elk Creek Associates will check to see how the lighting fixtures are affixed to the ceiling in the office.
