REGULAR MEETING MINUTES
JUNE 2, 2016
The New London Township Board of Supervisors Regular Meeting convened at 7:30 PM at the New London Township Building, New London, PA. The following Supervisors were present: Chairman, Dale Lauver; Vice Chairman, Gerard Porter and Supervisor, Mary Anne Steel.

ADMINISTRATIVE ACTIONS
SECRETARY’S REPORT
Regular Meeting Minutes
On a motion made by Mary Anne Steel, seconded by Gerry Porter, the May 5, 2016, Board of Supervisors Meeting Minutes were approved as presented. The vote was unanimous.
STAFF REPORTS
Treasurer Report
On a motion made by Gerry Porter, seconded by Mary Anne Steel, the June 2016 bills were approved for payment and financial reports were accepted. The vote was unanimous.
Planning Commission
Ron Ragan reported there are no new subdivisions.
Ron advised that the Planning Commission is looking at combining R-1 and R-2 and do away with the RA District. They are also looking at doing away with lot averaging and clustering so that wet lands and slopes would be netted out. They are working at creating bonus lots for working on riparian buffers, etc.
DCNR – Ron reported that he had a teleconference with DCNR about our grant for the park and what steps need to be taken.
Walnut Glen Road – Ron advised that rolled curbing was put in the area of the Franklin –New London line.
Zoning Officer
Trish Fagan reported that eight (8) permits were issued in May.
Emergency Management
Dave Flad reported to the Board of Supervisors that he attended a County meeting on Debris Management in the event of a major storm or incident that would create a large amount of debris. The County is working on a Plan that the Townships could sign on to.
AGREM – Dave advised AGREM is on summer break until September.
The meeting adjourned at 9:15 PM.
