The New London Township Board of Supervisors Work Meeting convened at 7:30 PM at the New London Township Building, New London, PA. The following Supervisors were present: Chairman, Dale Lauver; Vice Chairman, Bob Barto; Member, Gerard Porter.

SCHEDULED ACTION/PRESENTATION TOPICS Preserve at Elk Ridge – Maintenance Escrow Release
On a motion made by Bob Barto, seconded by Gerry Porter, the Maintenance Guarantee is hereby terminated and relinquished. The vote was unanimous.
New London Ventures – Preliminary/Final Subdivision Plan
On a motion by Gerry Porter, seconded by Bob Barto, the New London Ventures Subdivision Plan dated October 17, 2007 review period was extended until May 15, 2009. The vote was unanimous
Secretary’s Report
On a motion made by Bob Barto, seconded by Gerry Porter, the January 21, 2009 Board of Supervisors Work Meeting Minutes were approved. The vote was unanimous.
