NLT PLANNING COMMISSION MINUTES FOR
07/11/2018
The New London Township Planning Commission Meeting opened at 7:00 PM. Present were: Ron Ragan, Chairman; Mary Anne Steel, Vice Chairman; Members Martha Straus and Lynn Klingensmith. Member Charley Humkey was not present. The Minutes were recorded by Martha Straus.

Minutes
Lynn Klingensmith made a Motion, seconded by Mary Anne Steel, to approve the April 11, 2018 Regular Meeting Minutes. The vote was unanimous.
Lynn Klingensmith made a Motion, seconded by Mary Anne Steel, to approve the May 9, 2018 Regular Meeting Minutes. The vote was unanimous.
Lynn Klingensmith made a Motion, seconded by Mary Anne Steel, to approve the June 13, 2018 Regular Meeting Minutes with changing the date of the Minutes to read June 12, 2018. The vote was unanimous.
Bowman Subdivision Lot Line Change
The Planning Commission reviewed the Diane Bowman Final Subdivision Plan prepared by Crossan – Raimato, Inc., dated May 23, 2018. The applicant proposes revising the location of the lot line between 2 existing lots.
Martha Straus made a Motion, seconded by Lynn Klingensmith, to approve the Bowman Subdivision Lot Line Change Plan. The vote was unanimous.
The plans were then signed.
RA, R – 1, R – 2 Consolidated Ordinance Amendment
There was some discussion regarding the Ordinance Amendment.
On a Motion made by Martha Straus, seconded by Mary Anne Steel, the Planning Commission agreed to recommend to the Board of Supervisors to review the Ordinance and send it to Chester County for review.
