WORK MEETING MINUTES

October 20, 2010

The New London Township Board of Supervisors Work Meeting convened at 7:30 PM at the New London Township Building, New London, PA.The following Supervisors were present:Chairman, Dale Lauver; Vice Chairman, Robert Barto; and Member, Gerard Porter.

No comment on agenda items.

SCHEDULED ACTION/PRESENTATION TOPICS

Crossan-Raimato Invoice

On a Motion made by Bob Barto, seconded by Gerry Porter, approval was given to pay an invoice in the amount of $1200 from Crossan-Raimato for the survey of Mt. Hope Road to determine the correct right-of-way.The vote was unanimous.

Approval to Pay November Invoices

On a Motion made by Bob Barto, seconded by Gerry Porter, approval was given to pay invoices that would incur late charges due to not having a Regular Meeting in November.The vote was unanimous.

Meeting Minutes

On a Motion made by Bob Barto, seconded by Gerry Porter, the September 15, 2010 Meeting Minutes were approved.The vote was unanimous.

OLD/NEW BUSINESS

PLGIT Funds Transfer

On a Motion made by Dale Lauver, seconded by Gerry Porter, approval was given to transfer $250,000 from PLGIT Safety Improvement and/or Capital Improvement to Meridian Bank Money Market Fund.The vote was unanimous
