WORK MEETING MINUTES

January 19, 2011

The New London Township Board of Supervisors Work Meeting convened at 7:30 PM at the New London Township Building, New London, PA.The following Supervisors were present:Chairman, Dale Lauver; Vice-Chairman, Bob Barto; and Member, Gerard Porter.

PUBLIC COMMENT

No comment on agenda items.

SCHEDULED ACTION/PRESENTATION TOPICS

Dedication of a Portion of Betsy Ross Lane & Conards Mill Road

The Board agreed to have the developer pay any outstanding engineering and legal fees prior to accepting dedication of the roads.

Meeting Minutes

On a Motion made by Dale Lauver, seconded by Gerry Porter, the December 15, 2010 Meeting Minutes were approved.Bob Barto abstained from the vote as he was not in attendance for the Meeting.
