SCHEDULED ACTION/PRESENTATION TOPICS
Gannon/Glidden Letter of Credit
Todd Gannon explained that Gannon wants to replace their cash escrow with a letter of credit. Motion to agree to the principle of changing the cash escrow to a letter of credit was by made by Bob Barto, seconded by Gerry Porter. The Township is to receive a corrected letter of credit. The vote was unamimous.
King/Shaw Drainage Issue
Ron Ragan explained that the Shaws have experienced a drainage issue since the Kings installed a swimming pool. The Kings moved the drywell that was originally installed. Ron stated the the Kings did not have a permit to relocate the drywell. A letter will be sent to the Kings that they will need to submit a plan within 30 days on how they will remedy the problem.
Matsen/Megill Preliminary/Final Subdivision Plan
On a motion by Dale Lauver, seconded by Bob Barto, the Matsen/Megill Subdivision Plan dated November 12, 2007 review period was extended until April 15, 2009. The vote was unanimous.
Twin Chimneys Preliminary Subdivision Plan
On a motion by Dale Lauver, seconded by Bob Barto, the Twin Chimneys Subdivision Plan dated June 28, 2006 review period was extended until April 15, 2009. The vote was unanimous.
Vincent Sammons
Mr. Sammons gave an overview of his proposal to create a website for the Township.
Secretary’s Report
On a motion made by Bob Barto, seconded by Gerry Porter, the December 17, 2008 Board of Supervisors Work Meeting Minutes were approved. The vote was unanimous
NEW BUSINESS
Some window quotes were obtained to replace 7 windows in the administrative office.
Tax Collector
The Board of Supervisors agreed to proceed with raising the fee for duplicate tax bills from $5.00 to $15.00.
