Fall Flu Vaccination and Potassium Iodide Tablets

The Chester County Health Department is conducting county-wide flu vaccination outreach at eight clinics throughout the fall. COVID-19 boosters will also be available at these clinics. Scheduling information will be posted on the Health Department’s website and on social media closer to September.

The eight clinic dates, times, and locations are:

  • September 21, 2023 from 2:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. at the Chester County Government Services Center
  • September 28, 2023 from 2:15 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. at Great Valley Middle School
  • October 5, 2023 from 2:15 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. at Kennett Middle School
  • October 12, 2023 from 2:15 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. at Unionville High School
  • October 19, 2023 from 2:15 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. at Owen J. Roberts Middle School
  • October 21, 2023 from 8:15 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at Fugett Middle School in West Chester
  • October 26, 2023 from 2:15 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. at Avon Grove High School
  • October 30, 2023 from 2:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Scott Middle School in Coatesville

The Health Department is also dispensing potassium iodide (KI) tablets for all individuals who live, work, play, attend school, etc. within ten miles of either the Limerick Generating Station or Peach Bottom Atomic Power Stations. KI tablets will be distributed on August 17, 2023 from 12:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. at the Kimberton Fire Company. Tablets can also be picked up at the Chester County Government Services Center or mailed to your home.
