NEW LONDON TOWNSHIP BOARD OF SUPERVISORS WORK MEETING MINUTES NOVEMBER 20, 2019
The New London Township Board of Supervisors Work Meeting convened at 7:00 PM at the New London Township Building, New London, PA. The following Supervisors were present: Chairman, Gerard Porter; Vice Chairman, Dale Lauver; Member, Mary Anne Steel.
PUBLIC COMMENT
No public comment.
220 CLEARVIEW LANE
The resident of 220 Clearview Lane advised the Board of a sink hole in his yard. After review of the subdivision plan it was determined that it could be the dry well on the property failing.
WHEATLAND DEDICATION
Motion was made by Gerry Porter, and seconded by Mary Anne Steel, to accept dedication of Phase 3 in Wheatland Farms. The vote was unanimous.
CHESTER WATER AUTHORITY – TOWNSHIP BUILDING
Ron Ragan will check with Andrews Excavating to see how much they would charge to do the tap. Cameron’s in Oxford could possibly do the plumbing.
MINUTES
A Motion was made by Gerry Porter, and seconded by Mary Anne Steel, to approve the October 16, 2019 Board of Supervisors Work Meeting Minutes. The vote was unanimous.
The meeting adjourned at 8:55 PM.
