NLT PLANNING COMMISSION MINUTES FOR
12/12/2018
The New London Township Planning Commission Meeting opened at 7:00 PM. Present were: Ron Ragan, Chairman; Mary Anne Steel, Vice Chairman; Member Martha Straus and Charlie Humkey. Member Lynn Klingensmith was not present. The Minutes were recorded by Maureen Zdun.

Minutes
Ron Ragan made a Motion, seconded by Mary Anne Steel, to approve the October 10, 2018 Regular Meeting Minutes. Charlie Humkey abstained from voting.
Ron Ragan made a Motion, seconded by Charlie Humkey, to approve the October 25, 2018 Work Meeting Minutes. The vote was unanimous.
Bowwood Subdivision
Chairman, Ron Ragan, addressed the Planning Commission regarding a Memo from the Board of Supervisors requesting additional information on a few of the outstanding issues regarding the Bowwood Subdivision Preliminary Plan dated July 11, 2018. There was some discussion regarding the Memo.
Motion was made by Charlie Humkey, seconded by Martha Straus, to discuss Condition # four (4) of the Memo regarding the final language to be worked through via email. The vote was unanimous.
Szymanski Subdivision
Chairman, Ron Ragan, advised the Planning Commission that the applicant, David G. Szymanski, has hired an attorney regarding the note that the Planning Commission requested referencing a deed restriction on the property. Township Solicitor, Sam McMichael is currently reviewing the information.
RA, R – 1, R – 2 Consolidated Ordinance Amendment
Township Consultant, David Sweet, distributed a copy of the proposed and pending changes dated October 25, 2018. Mr. Sweet also distributed a copy of the Selected Revisions to the Consolidated R – 1 District Draft dated December 12, 2018. There was some discussion regarding the revisions.
