NEW LONDON TOWNSHIP BOARD OF SUPERVISORS WORK MEETING MINUTES DECEMBER 16, 2020
The New London Township Board of Supervisors Work Meeting convened at 7:00 PM via zoom video conference. The following Supervisors were present: Chairman, Gerard Porter and Member, Mary Anne Steel. Vice Chairman Dale Lauver was not present.

No public comment.
HEDGE APPLE HILL SUBDIVISION
Brian Campbell, Sam McMichael, Gerry Porter, and Mary Anne Steel discussed the Hedge Apple Hill Subdivision escrow requirements. Sam McMichael will send information to Brian Campbell to clarify what is required for the escrow.
4 WAY STOP AT PENNOCK BRIDGE ROAD AND STATE ROAD
Al Federico will provide the Board of Supervisors costs for permanent flashing warning lights. Township Solicitor, Sam McMichael, will check into PennDOT regulations for permitting flashing lights at the intersection. The issue will be discussed more before a decision is made. Gerry Porter will request a proposal from Al Federico.
MINUTES
A Motion was made by Gerry Porter, seconded by Mary Anne Steel, to approve the November 18, 2020 New London Township Work Meeting Minutes as presented. The vote was unanimous.
NEW LONDON TOWNSHIP PARK
A Motion was made by Gerry Porter, seconded by Mary Anne Steel, to approve the park contractor, Lechmanik’s final invoice for the amount of $61,256.65 and the Oxford Feed and Lumber invoice for the amount of $105.54. The vote was unanimous.
The meeting adjourned at 8:40 PM.
