WORK MEETING MINUTES
MARCH 18, 2019
The New London Township Board of Supervisors Work Meeting convened at 7:00 PM at the New London Township Building, New London, PA. The following Supervisors were present: Chairman, Gerard Porter; Vice Chairman, Dale Lauver, Member, Mary Anne Steel.
PUBLIC COMMENT
No public comment.
MINUTES
A Motion was made by Mary Anne Steel, and seconded by Gerry Porter, to approve the December 19, 2019 Board of Supervisors Work Meeting Minutes. Dale Lauver abstained from voting.
SPENCE ANDRESS – 537 PLAN
A map, prepared by Spence Andress of Government Specialists Inc., to delineate the proposed sewer service area was reviewed by the Board.
ROUTE 896, OXFORD ROAD, OLYMPIA AVENUE TRAFFIC LIGHT
Motion was made by Gerry Porter, and seconded by Dale Lauver, to pay the invoice received from Albert Federico Consulting, LLC for the preparation of bid documents and advertising. The vote was unanimous.
JACK ARRELL ROAD MASTER
Township Road Master, Jack Arrell, provided a list of road repairs, shoulder work, etc. to the Board.
BRUCE C. HENDRIXSON FINAL SUBDIVISION PLAN
A Motion was made by Gerry Porter, and seconded by Mary Anne Steel, to approve the Bruce C. Hendrixson Final Subdivision Plan dated January 9, 2019. The vote was unanimous.
The meeting adjourned at 9:20 PM.
