WORK MEETING MINUTES
APRIL 18, 2018
The New London Township Board of Supervisors Work Meeting convened at 7:00 PM at the New London Township Building, New London, PA. The following Supervisors were present: Chairman, Gerard Porter; Member, Mary Anne Steel. Vice Chairman, Dale Lauver was not present.

BUCKS COUNTY WATER AND SEWER AUTHORITY
Township Engineer, Ron Ragan, provided an overview of the Wheatland Farms Waste Water Treatment Plant to the representatives from the Bucks County Water and Sewer Authority.
– Will pay for 537 Plan – Who will pay NLT or BCWSA
– Provide info on system, show what areas that we expect to hook up and numbers that could hook up. Is NLT providing this info to BCWSA?
– Map of Facility – Is NLT providing a map to BCWSA?
BROWN / MATSEN
Met on site with the land developer’s engineer, Ken Crossan of Crossan Ramaito. They are proposing single access with a wider cart way and no boulevard. There will be 22 – 25 homes with public water and on site septic. The developer will need a Conditional Use for single access and two (2) leg lots.
The meeting adjourned at 8:45 PM.
