NEW LONDON TOWNSHIP BOARD OF SUPERVISORS REGULAR MEETING MINUTES
APRIL 2, 2020
The New London Township Board of Supervisors Regular Meeting convened at 7:00 PM via Zoom teleconferencing. The following Supervisors were present: Gerard Porter, Chairman; Dale Lauver, Vice Chairman; and Supervisor, Mary Anne Steel. Also in attendance remotely: Dave Flad, Township Emergency Management Officer; Trish Fagan, Secretary.
The Board of Supervisors conducted their first meeting via Zoom Teleconferencing due to the “stay at home” order from Governor Wolf. The meeting was shortened due to time constraints instituted by Zoom.
SECRETARY’S REPORT
On a motion by Dale Lauver, seconded by Mary Anne Steel, the March 5th Regular Meeting Minutes were approved as presented. The vote was unanimous.
TREASURER’S REPORT
The list of Bills to be Paid for March were approved on a motion be Mary Anne Steel, seconded by Dale Lauver. The vote was unanimous.
STAFF REPORTS
Emergency Management
Emergency Management Coordinator, Dave Flad updated the Board on COVID-19 information from Chester County Emergency Services and Chester County Health Department.
