NLT PLANNING COMMISSION MINUTES FOR 6/9/2021
The New London Township Planning Commission Meeting, via Zoom, opened at 7:00 PM. Present were: Ron Ragan, Chairman; Mary Anne Steel, Vice Chairman; and Members, Martha Straus and Charlie Humkey. Member Lynn Klingensmith was not present. The Minutes were recorded by Maureen Zdun.
Public Comment
There was no public comment.
Minutes
A Motion was made by Martha Straus, seconded by Mary Anne Steel, to approve the April 14, 2021 Regular Meeting Minutes as presented. The vote was unanimous.
Landscape Ordinance
Township Consultant, David Sweet, and Martha Straus presented the latest draft of the Landscape Ordinance. There was some discussion regarding the draft. It was agreed the Planning Commission would meet in person with a paper copy of the draft at the next regular meeting scheduled on July 14, 2021.
New London Township Park
Martha Straus advised that she will be meeting with the New London Township Park Committee at the park on Sunday, June 27, 2021.
