NEW LONDON TOWNSHIP BOARD OF SUPERVISORS WORK MEETING MINUTES
SEPTEMBER 19, 2018
The New London Township Board of Supervisors Work Meeting convened at 7:00 PM at the New London Township Building, New London, PA. The following Supervisors were present: Chairman, Gerard Porter; Vice Chairman, Dale Lauver; and Member, Mary Anne Steel.

No public comment.
SPENCER ANDRESS – 537 PLAN
Spencer Andress of Government Specialists, Inc. gave an overview of the history of the Wheatland Farms Waste Water Treatment Plant which is currently owned by B.K. Campbell. The Board discussed Government Specialists, Inc. preparing a two part 537 Sewage Plan for the Township. The Township would be financially responsible for part of the Plan and B.K. Campbell would be financially responsible for the second part involving the Wheatland Farms Treatment Plant. Mr. Andress will attend the October Board Work Meeting with a proposal for this work.
835 WEST AVONDALE ROAD
A Motion was made by Dale Lauver, seconded by Gerard Porter, to adopt Resolution
No. 2018-9-1 to acquire the real prope1iy located at 835 West Avondale Road, West Grove, PA. Mary Anne Steel abstained from the vote.
The meeting adjourned at 9:20 PM.
