The New London Township Board of Supervisors Meeting convened at 7:00 PM at the New London Township Building, New London, PA. The following Supervisors were present: Gerry Porter, Chairman; Dale Lauver, Vice Chairman; and Mary Anne Steel, Supervisor. PUBLIC COMMENT There was no public comment on agenda items. Frank Norris Fulton Bank Frank Norris the Financial Center Supervisor with Fulton Bank addressed the Board about the Township possibly using Fulton Bank for the general account. A motion was made by Gerry Porter, seconded by Dale Lauver, to open a new Township general fund checking account with Fulton Bank. The vote was unanimous. Audit Nawn and Company Account Firm There was some discussion regarding a proposal the Township received from Nawn and Company to perform the Township Audit. Chad Lester Final Subdivision Plan The Board of Supervisors signed the Chad Lester Final Subdivision Plan. Monarch Staffing There was some discussion regarding purchasing the Assistant Secretary’s contract from Monarch Staffing. Tri Centennial Tree Lighting There was some discussion regarding the Tri Centennial Tree Lighting. 2024 Draft Budget It was agreed to review the budget at the next Regular Board Meeting on November 2, 2023.
