NLT PLANNING COMMISSION MINUTES FOR 2/14/2024
The New London Township Planning Commission Meeting was called to order at 7:00 p.m. Present were: Ron Ragan, Chairman; David Schupp, Vice Chairman; Members Mary Anne Steel, Charlie Humkey, and Martha Straus. Minutes were recorded by Donna Milewski.
Public Comment
There was no public comment.
Minutes
A motion was made by Mary Anne Steel, seconded by Dave Schupp to approve the January 10, 2024 Planning Commission Meeting Minutes. Martha Straus abstained from voting.
Green Subdivision
A Change of Ownership was put on hold, as Final Subdivision Plans were unavailable.
Short-term Rental
Kristin Camp reviewed the proposed Short-term Rental Ordinance and addressed questions. Additional criteria will be added before review at the next Planning Commission Work Meeting on 2/27/2024. It will then be forwarded to the Board of Supervisors at their 3/5/2024 meeting.
New London Village Review
Ron Ragan stated that a separate committee has been formed to address the New London Zoning Ordinances. They are planning to convene in March.
New London Township Park (Phase II)
Martha Straus is developing Township Park signage and will have Phase II sketch drawings available in March.
