NEW LONDON TOWNSHIP BOARD OF SUPERVISORS
PUBLIC HEARING MINUTES
February 20, 2013

The New London Township Board of Supervisors Public Hearing convened at 6:30 PM at the New London Township Building, New London, PA.  The following Supervisors were present:  Chairman, Dale Lauver; Vice Chairman, Robert Barto; Member, Gerard Porter.

PUBLIC COMMENT

No public comment.

Solar Energy Facilities, Wind Energy Facilities, Public Gathering and Fences & Walls Ordinance Amendments

Bob Barto gave a summary of the Ordinance Amendments, and there was a brief discussion.

Dale Lauver arrived at 6:52 PM.

The Public Gathering Ordinance will go in Chapter 3, Part 7.

It was decided to exempt 75 watt solar energy systems.

The hearing adjourned at 7:20 PM.
