Previous public notice was advertised concerning a public hearing and adoption meeting for the above captioned ordinance to be held on Tuesday, August 5, 2025 at 6:00 p.m. at the Township Building located at 902 State Road, New London, PA 19390. The draft ordinance available for public review to be deposited at the Township, law library and to the Chester County Planning Commission contained a typographical error, to wit: section 1-402-2-1 Farm Related School in accordance with the terms of Section 1-1443 was omitted. Section 1-1443 was included. The summary of the Ordinances is correct. The purpose of this Notice is only to provide public notice of the typographical error excluding that Section.
